Small church, BIG plans
In this year, and those to come we have a vision to see this church grow. Some of the many things we hope to see happening in this year and those to come under the guidance and favor of the Lord:
1. We want to see the church's Literacy Class (see link for Services) grow and we plan, with God's grace, to open a Christian Primary School which will service the nearby towns and villages in Mpika.
2. We plan to hold annual conferences to refresh and invigorate our fellow Christians throughout Zambia.
3. We plan to hold a pastors fraternal to facilitate brotherhood amongst our leaders in churches throughout Zambia and beyond.
4. We plan to open a Pastoral Training Facility. Currently, Emmanuel Baptist Church is the only Reformed Baptist church in Northern province. We pray that this training college would be a means to equip men to spread God's word and open the doors to many churches over the years.
Pastors Bio

Pastor Sydney Kombe was trained at Christ Seminary in Polokwane, South Africa. He holds a bachelors degree in Theology. He did internships at Antioch Bible Church, Kabwata Baptist Church and Lusaka Baptist Church.
In September, 2013, Lusaka Baptist Church ordained him and set him aside for the work in Mpika Zambia, where he serves today.
He married his wife Katryn in June 2013 and they have three daughters: El'Lyana, El'Laelah and El'Larae.
